Pause to clear your mind

Take 60 seconds to close your eyes (if it feels okay) while sitting in silence. This may help you to reduce stress and better focus on what matters to you.

Place your hand on your stomach and focus on your breath as you inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

If you use the button to start the timer, there is a “ping” sound to let you know when 60 seconds has passed.
